This beautiful city has been connected with different modes of transportation  such as – Air ways, Rail ways and Road ways throughout the world. Most of the people visit Madrid by airways and some of the people from European countries visit by railway as well as by bus.

  • By Airways: Madrid- Barajas International Airport, one of the busiest airports in Europe, is situated in Madrid city that have four terminals. It is just 13-km far from the major city which serves the visitors with various flights. It is the first entry point for international visitors who want to visit Madrid. 
  • By Railway: There are two major railway stations in Madrid, Chamartin and Atocha, which connect different European cities, such as Geneva and Zurich, Turin, Milan to Madrid. Most of the visitors from European countries visit Madrid by train, which is the cheap and best mode of transportation to enjoy holiday pleasure for Europeans. 
  • Road ways: Most of the people from neighboring countries prefer to visit Madrid by buses and cars. Visiting Madrid by buses is the cheapest option for Spanish as well as for non-Spanish visitors. There is a bus station near Atocha railway station, Estacion Sur de autobuses. There are two ring roads and six major highways that connect Madrid with different cities of Spain.
